HERO™ is a restorative two-hour experience for the person who is always there for everyone else: the parent, caregiver, carer, supporter or steady presence who has been carrying and holding everything together.
This is time in which you do not need to organise, anticipate or look after anybody else. Through breath, aroma, warmth, flowing therapeutic touch, nature and stillness, you are invited to pause and receive care yourself.
