A different way of returning to yourself.

Alana Ayurveda is guided by the understanding that wellbeing is not experienced through thought alone. We meet life through the body, the senses, our surroundings and the changing inner landscape within us.

Healing Through the Senses™

The senses are not the destination—they are the doorway.

Touch, aroma, sound, light, warmth, texture, breath, movement and nature all influence the way we arrive. At Alana Ayurveda, these are not decorative extras around a treatment. They are carefully held pathways into presence, awareness and reconnection.

A warm oil is more than a product on the skin. An aroma can become an anchor for attention. The feeling of being physically supported may allow a person to stop holding everything alone for a moment. The purpose is not to create a perfect state, but to offer conditions in which rest, connection and curiosity may become more available.

Come back to yourself. Reconnect with your senses. Rediscover wonder.

The Compass Within™

  • Pause
  • Notice
  •  Align
  • Act

The Compass Within™ is a heart-centred framework for self-awareness, balance and direction. It helps you recognise where you are, listen to what matters and find a realistic next step—not from where you think you should be, but from exactly where you are.

The Compass does not hand you somebody else’s map. Through sensory awareness, breath, reflection, nature and personal practice, it creates space to hear your own direction more clearly.

Nature Unfolding™

Nature teaches us how to listen, so we can hear ourselves again.

Nature Unfolding™ is the nature-based expression of Alana Ayurveda. It begins with a simple invitation: notice what you notice.

The changing landscape can remind us that we also have seasons. Rest, growth, transition, release and renewal do not need to be forced into a straight line. Through sensory awareness, nature, silence, breath and reflection, the outer landscape may help us become more attentive to the landscape within.

Nature is not merely scenery. It can be encountered through woodland and gardens, but also through an open window, herbs, botanical aroma, natural sound, touch, light or tea. Connection with nature should remain accessible to different bodies, energy levels and ways of experiencing the world.

Back to nature. Back to the senses. Back to yourself.
