These Ayurveda wellness treatments are performed at 5-star retreats all around the world and are now exclusive here in Nottingham From Alana Ayurveda for tribe rewards & leisure.
Each member of the tribe has a choice of treatment with a duration of 30 or 15 minutes.
- Breathing techniques are performed before each treatment.
- Pressure point massage to the head neck and shoulder.
- Hot stone back neck and shoulder massage.
- Indian acupressure foot ritual.
- Mini facial – Awakens the sense and nourishes the skin. Suitable for all skin types.
- Hand and arm pressure point massage.
- Indian scalp and shoulder massage.
- All followed with lifestyle health tips to promote well-being.

6 hour (12 people & 30 minutes) – £400
3 hour (6 people & 30 minutes) – £200
Smaller or larger number accommodated
15 minutes or 30 minutes can be arranged per person
+ Free 1-hour consultation prior to your tribe treatment day. We like to find out more about you and your tribe to signature the whole experience, so it’s made especially for you. We will require an office or studio space to facilitate the half day or full day.
+ This service can be provided monthly or Quarterly to suit your incentive days.
